Mermaid Series # 1 Purple USA only

This is the USA only version of @user8179 group swap Mermaid Lovers Unite! This is NOT via the group so others can join in that are not in the group. Plus those that can't send world wide like me.

For this swap you will have 1 Partner and make them 1 ATC.

The them is Mermaids but with a twist. For this round you will make a Purple mermaid. It can be all purple, just the tail and hair. You decided as long as she is purple.
