Took me a long time to come up with a new idea, but here it is! Framed ATC's the frame on the ATC can be any size and any shape. You do not have to frame the entire atc, you can frame and Inchie on the atc! Be creative, have fun and make a nice well made atc! Sturdy!!! Any tasteful theme! this is a ##type 3 swap##

So by frame do you mean a border around the ATC?

yes, but the frame can not be larger that the atc itself, on my flickr and have ones i just finished
