$1.84 Postage = $1.84 Kindness Round 2!!

Time for a super cheap swap! For the price of just $1.84, it's possible to send 4 envelopes of "happy mail" to 4 swap partners. For the cost of just 46 cents per envelope, we can easily brighten someone's day with a cheerful letter, and still have room for including a flat surprise (a recipe, a bookmark, a note card, a postcard, stickers, etc.). And, for no additional $, we can decorate our envelopes (handmade ones out of decorative paper, draw on a plain one, color on a plain one, etc.).
