Teesha Rainbow #7 - RAINBOW

Let's make a Teesha Rainbow! This month, we'll be finishing with the actual rainbow patches. You'll have 1 partner and make your partner 3 RAINBOW patches. Since these are small, they're fairly quick to put together. Patches are sender's choice, but it's always nice to check your partner's profile to see what she'd like :) For the rainbow patches, think outside the box, embroider, use rainbow fabrics, sew together fabrics to make a rainbow, make a button rainbow, etc. Go nuts and have fun!

The basic gist of them is to take 2 pieces of fabric and a piece of batting (although I'm sure that felt or something similar would be fine too) and make a tiny quilt with the pieces. You don't have to be able to sew by machine, in fact i'd say 99% of the patches I've seen are hand-sewn. Also, it actually looks ok if you embroider it through both front and back of the pieces as they most likely will be used to put together another craft. The possibilities are really endless.....
