List your gratitude (newbie friendly)

Send a letter listing the following:

• 3 things you did in the last week you are thanking yourself for today;
• 3 things others did in the last week that you are thankful for today;
• 3 ways you plan to make next week better for yourself or someone else.

So that's 9 things total. And, of course, you can write more if you like. It's totally up to you. Remember to rate your partners!

These don't have to be big. It's just nice to practice gratitude. I haven't hosted many swaps so feel free to comment if there's anything I need to clarify. This should be pretty straightforward.

You should have a rating of at least 4.98. Newbies are welcome too. Everyone has to start somewhere, right? If you have questions, let me know.
