Send to 1 Partner a Handmade Decorated Envelope with a Vintage Circus Theme. Your Mail Art should be at least 4 X 6 and your choice of Mediums from Hand Painted to Mixed Media and the like. It should be high quality and well designed to be sent through the mail and end up in good shape; not ripped, etc...
