Description:
Here is a rather unique ATC idea- make ATCs using nailpolish. For backing you can use any materials including plastic, leather, paper and your decor should be mostly nailpolish. You can use different colors or just one, you can cover most of the surface or just use it for an intricate design. It can be figurative or abstract it is all up to you... You will have 2 partners and you will send 1 ATC to each partners. Have fun creating!

It is completely up to you what other medium you use as long as there is plenty of nail polish applied as well :)
