Description:

I am a mom whose 18 year old is moving to another state. How do we cope? Do we change their room into a craft room immediately or leave it as a shrine? :) Write your partner a letter and let her know your thoughts, feelings, and angst during this crazy time. I don't care if it is email but if it is...perhaps send a picture of your child or their room to make it "heart-worthy" otherwise write a letter about your journey.

Im not a mum yet but i was once that person that left home when i was 18 to move away to study. I would be more that willing to share my journey into "adulthood" and what we did to make it a smooth transition, for the whole family!

I would love to hear that! I left at 18, too but now-a-days that seems so young! xxoo Tia

I also want to join, but my daughter is going into her senior year, I guess I have more to learn than to share but I will put my thinking hat on, and perhaps draw from my own experiences way back when...

thanks for this swap, great idea.

also, I would prefer an actual letter in the mail but won't rate you down if you send an email....
