Summer Plum Paper Planner RAK Fan's SWAP:) This will be a summer themed swap. Spending minimum before postage is $10 -Mailing deadline is 05/22/15 -Your swap partner must receive their package by June 1st :) Partners will be automatically picked on May 15th.
