Description:
Cut a standard size ATC from a paint chip sample. Stamp, collage, draw, paint on this sample whatever you want. Just make sure that the color shows thru from the paint chip. You may embellish it anyway you want. Please use a paint chip sample with more than one color on it. Be sure to put this on a sturdy backing. One ATC to one partner.
