So, this is for three envelopes smallest 4 x 6 or bigger. Done in our country colors of red, white, and blue

You do 3 of them . You can do all three if your paper is designed in those three colors. They can be on patriotic card stock or paper with designs. Or if solid colors, one blue, one white, one red must be embellished with our country colors
