Description:
For this swap you'll be creating a Halloween hanging for your partner to display in her home. You'll begin with a Halloween-style bingo card available here Mount your card of choice onto a sturdy background and jazz it up in Halloween fashion! Use Halloween images, diecuts, lace, jewels, etc. Don't forget to add a loop or ribbon at the top for hanging. Your card should arrive in early October--plenty of time to enjoy it for the Halloween season.
