The send date has been extended to OCT 28th. Hopefully the extra time will help us all get out swaps out on time! Do you love to hut for treasures in thrift stores, antique shops, and yards sales? I know I sure do!! For this swap, you will have 1 partner to send to. Check out your partner's profile for ideas then send a treasure (or two or three) worth at least $5 (before postage) to your partner! The basics: Send something nice that you would like to receive yourself. That means nothing ratty, torn, dirty, etc. This is an international swap. You will have three weeks to send so you have time to find that perfect (or not so perfect) treasure for your partner. Established swappers must be in good standing with Swap-bot, have no recent no sends, and have at least a 4.5 rating. Newbies welcome with a full profile...pls contact me. I will ban any swappers who look questionable. Most of all...have fun!!

Hi there!

I am a newbie, but would LOVE to do this swap. I am curious though, one of my hobbies is to buy things at thrift stores and "recreate" them into something cute and new. Would this be alright for this swap?

love this!! I am a thrift store junkie! There is one right here in my small town that I can't stay away from. I have found great stuff there. can't wait to get a partner.

Just a word to the wise . .if you have an international partner, THINK LIGHT when you're shopping. I had found several cool items on my partners list but when I found out it was going to cost me nearly $40 to ship it, I about fainted!!!! I need to re-think my strategy - lol.
