Description:

This is the same swap as wolfeagle swap in Amamazing Mail Art group. I got her permission to host this swap which is her wording.

This is collaboration postcard swap. It is similar to regular pass and paste postcards. It will have rounds. But in this series... all artists will work one one side of the postcard forming one large collaboration of art. You can start in at any time. For your first round, you will start a postcard. To begin a postcard, address the backside of the postcard to yourself. Divide the writing portion into 3 or 4 sections, for collaborating artists to write their notes, swap info, etc.

On the front side, the person starting the postcard will add some Art as a base, can be collage, mixed media, painting, whatever. Each following round, the next artist will add 2 or 3 elements, and than pass it on to the next artist for the next round. On occasion you may get a partner whose card you are working on... Do not send the artist who started the postcard their own card to work on. If this happens to you, simply start a new card, and hold that one till the next round, or you can always send it to me. When all artists have completed the sections on the back, it is ready to be sent home to the original starter. If you send a card home to the original artist, you many need to start a new postcard to send to your partner. The postcards can be any size. They will be mailed in an envelope between artists, until the maximum number of artists/spaces is reached, and then it will be mailed Naked back to the original starter, If you think it would get damaged in the mail feel free to mail back in an envelope. The person sending the postcard home will add the postage. The end result is a collaboration piece of Art from 3-4 artists. If you have any questions, just ask. Have fun creating.
