For this swap you will write a note on a postcard using the "cowboy" code. Handwritten please (yes. I said handwritten) Because the PO won't have the cypher you'll have to address it in English. Teee hee hee... I'm excited! USA only on this one, for postage-sakes. Please include the name of the swap and your username! A rating of 4.97 will be required and 10 or more rated type two swaps. I will gladly angel this swap once you have made an attempt at communication with your partner AND rated a one. As always I reserve the right to ban at my discretion.
