NH: Pen Pal Supply Swap - Pick FOUR No.3

Many of us find this site because we either already enjoy pen palling/swapping things through the post or we want to start. I like to pick out stationery and supplies that are different, suit my mood or suit my pen pal’s likes so I thought a nice swap to help us all build our stash of these supplies would be a good idea.

Choose FOUR different things from the list below and send to your partner with a note containing your name and the name of the swap before the deadline.

Please be aware of the amounts listed i.e. 1 handmade envelope does not count as 1 item, only the 2 listed does). Please be sure to choose items that are in good condition and do not fold any items that would not normally be folded.

1 Letter Set (2-3 sheets of stationery w/ matching envelope - letter sheets can be folded to fit the envelope they come with)

2 store-bought blank notecards with envelopes

1 handmade card.notecard blank

2 unused non-touristy postcards (so that your partner can use them from wherever they are)

2 handmade envelopes

3 store-bought but interestingly decorated/patterned envelopes

4 washi tape samples (12 inches each wrapped around something plastic coated so they can be removed and re-used)

5 loose sheets of nice/interesting writing paper (no smaller than 12x20cm/ 5x8inches. If possible please do not fold these, if using A4/legal pad size paper that must be folded, please fold either once in half or into thirds only)

5 blank address labels (should be large enough to write a full mailing address on)

5 Tags/journal cards or memo sheets that can be used for mail tags or ‘about me’ style notes

10 custom return address stickers for your partner

I will look through participants before assigning partners so please be sure to have a well-filled out profile. As host, I reserve the right to remove anyone from the swap.

Please also remember that by joining this swap you are committing to sending this lovely envelope of goodies to your partner - I will certainly angel if necessary though I hope that only those who plan to follow through will join.

Rate when you receive the swap based on the timeliness of it being sent and whether it meets requirements. While everyone should look at their partners profile to see whether they have a special something that fits requirements and their partner will love, this swap is senders choice so you may not rate based on what you do or don't like.
