Welcome everyone! Thank you for joining, I hope we all have lots of fun, I know we will be inspired, seeing the work of everyone in each other's journals!

Everyone MUST give me a valid working phone number, BEFORE the swap deadline!

I also expect that you will return to this page often, and keep us informed! We want to know when you receive a journal, and when you send it on. As some of you know, if you've been. In previous RR swaps of mine...you must post WHOSE journal you are sending or have received.

In order to stay in this swap, I expect you to comment here,with your "electronic signature " that you agree to the time frame, and keeping us informed of where each journal is. Thank you everyone!

Yes, it is possible that you may have more than one journal-if someone finishes early, etc. and yea, you can package them together, since they will always be going to the same person.

My first one was such a success that I can't wait to get started on this one, even though some of you will get to work on it a second time around. I just love how it turned out and that I got it back at the end.

Wow! I know most of the swappers who are posting here. So excited to start swapping with my swap pals.

I have some questions:

First, do we only have to rate once upon receiving the first journal, or do we have to rate every time we receive a journal? Please advise.

Also, I want to enclose some goodies for each of the swappers in this swap. Do you have any suggestions on how to do that?

Hi everyone, I just noticed that the swap is up and running! I'll get to work right away!!

Perhaps unfortunately, we only have the opportunity to rate our one partner. In the past, people have tried to "explain" ways to rate everyone, but honestly, it would require so much more work, to try to set up a swap that enabled it.

The only caveat I would give, as to adding items, is. Ro please do not make them so heavy that the other swappers might feel overwhelmed, and perhaps even decide NOT to send it onward. Please just decorate the pages, in each. Journal, be sure to. Sign the pages you complete, and not worry about sending it onward.

You need not apologize for asking questions, I am very happy to welcome. You to the group, and hope you have lots of fun with it!

Hello. I am sorry I forgot to post. On my way to my Drs apt my selective belt broke on my car. I had no way around. Got it back just this late afternoon. My first stop at 8 am is the post office and it will be going out. I haven't received any yet. Sorry my mind has been all over the place. I am finally back on track. I will send the tracking number to her in the morning.

I am making an "admin decision " here...

Skippy dancer has not been on swapbot, or posted here, since July 22, saying she was surprised the swap was running, even tho partners had been assigned two days earlier.

In re-checking, prior to that, she also never agreed to the terms of the swap. Perhaps i did dodge a bullet her, by discovering this at this point, so early in the swap.

It is my duty, as host, to try very hard to protect all the swappers who sign up for my swaps, and so, until further notice, she is removed from the swap.

If or when she does return, it will require a vote from everyone, to reinstate her.

SheIsCrafty's telephone has been disconnected, she has not posted anything but apologizes that partners had been assigned, and personal problems,but never posted that she had actually SENT anything. Until and Unless I hear from her, here, or by message, she must be removed from this swap.

Hello everyone!!! Yes gramsbutton box my journal has been sent. I had to have my hubby send it on his way out of town because the car had to go back in the shop. They didn't fix it right. No my phone isn't disconnected it hasn't been at all. I'm not sure what has happened that your getting rthat of your calling me. He is due back say morning I will get the tracking numbers from him. I'm hoping he followed directions to a tee he said he did. I had actually not been able to see the last few days that is the only reason I hadn't posted anything I went and finally had the last little piece of metal taken outta my eye finally. Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I talked to my hubby tonight. He did confirm he did send it he didn't have the tracking number on him he was out on the field but said he would send a pic to me later. ☺️ Pcmiminini he said he believes it was Monday to be delivered.

Good morning ladies.....I just wanted to let you know that I recieved Fabriqueen's journal. I am excited to start decorating it. I will be moving into our new house Sunday and Monday. Good evening...... I'm very happy that mine has been received by SheIsCrafty. Gramsbuttonbox's journal went to the post office on Friday. I received LilyM's on Friday. I was wondering if we are to rate each time or wait until the last book is received? Grams was the first one of this type of swap I have ever done. I fretted and fretted over it but once I got started I had fun. I just hope I did it correctly. Thanks for letting me be a part of the group. (PS for SheIsCrafty - If I didn't do it right, let me know please.)

As to when to rare, that is up to you...this has become a closer group of very committed swappers, and I hope you will rate every swapper with an excellent rank, and credit given for EVERY journal that they worked in, and then sent onward!

I had hoped to get RainbowRose's journal in the mail, but ended up in the ER for a few hours, and it threw my whole day off-kilter!

Just checking in to let you know my week has been too hectic to get anything done, also experiencing health issues but I am spending the weekend working on projects and the journal I have now will go out Monday for sure! I know this is later than the agreement and I am very sorry and will do my best to stay on top of it.

I am just waiting for another awesome journal to work on. Will be watching for it in my mailbox soon. Can't wait!

Hello ladies I am so sorry you haven't heard from me. My daughters father has passed away and I am back home. I need to be with her and I am in charge of everything. I did get my journal to do the day before I had to come out here. I will be going home in a few days and then coming back out here for another few days to tie up some loose ends. I will get the journal I have work on it and send it out right away. I am so sorry for any inconvenience to anyone. I promise. I will get everyone done and sent. I have cleared all this with gramsbuttonbox. I will let you know as soon as I send it and send a tracking number. I hope you are all well.

This swap is winding down. ALl journals are to be sent HOME to their owners.

With school starting, family emergencies, my own trips to the hospital, etc., I want to remove this added stressor.

If you have a journal, you MAY add to it, or just send it Home...

If you receive a journal, the same applies -you MAY add to it, or just send it home.

I have done several of these RR journal swaps over the years,have learned a LOT, along the way..

Maybe this was the wrong time of the year, running into school starting, etc.

Also the eight day limit it actually too long, with seven people, ....56 days going almost two months.

I will be running more RR journal swaps in the future, probably in the early spring, or late winter, when we are more enthused to do this.

Hello ladies. I have a huge problem. If anyone has sent a journal to me I haven't recieved it yet. While I was out of town for the funeral and working all the arangements the postal service was to be holding my mail. You went to pick it up and the didn't have any of it none nothing. They said that they forwarded to my house They weren't supposed to do that. You means to pick it up. So please bare with me while I wait for all of this stuff to get back to me. I am so sorry for any inconvenience to all of you.

Yes, , I spent last week in the hospital with a broken leg, (broken in two places), and am now in a rehab clinic for awhile. My mailman knows me, and I have an excellent friend who lives in my same apt building who is keeping a daily eye on my mail...any journals I receive will be sent home right away.
