Description:

This is the 2nd of a 3 MONTH SERIES of Tim Holtz inspired C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S ATCs, using at least two (2) authentic Tim Holtz products for each ATC (paper, ephemera of all sorts, die cuts, stamps, etc.). You'll need to JOIN ALL THREE swaps to get your full set of ATCs to create a decorative banner, or to set them up on a mantel, or on a book shelf, etc. You could even punch holes in a top corner and create a mini-booklet of Christmas ATCs. [DO NOT add holes when making your partner's ATCs—leave that option to your partner!!!]

INSTRUCTIONS: For each swap you will make three (3) ATCs for your partner. Each one will have one of the letters that spell CHRISTMAS and something Christmas on the ATC that begins with that letter. So for the ATC with the letter C on it you could add candles, candy canes, cookies, cranberries, carols, cards, etc. Each ATC needs at least 2 (TWO) authentic Tim Holtz items. Any other vintage products and items can be included.

For November's swap you will make the I-S-T ATCs Remember that both the LETTER itself and the Christmas item beginning with that letter must be on the card. Keep the letter large enough to stand out but not to overshadow the holiday item you choose for that ATC.

Sign up by November 1 and send by November 30,

We could go back and fill in sets you missed, but not in time for the holiday. So if you miss one set, perhaps someone in the group would be interested in setting up a private swap with you.

These will be sender's choice ATCs, so you can begin making them now if you wish, but if you can take time to read your partner's profile, it's nice to make something in just the colors they love and what they love most about Tim's style: vintage only, vintage and grunge, or vintage and steampunk. However, if you stay with vintage Tim Holtz, you cannot go wrong. Also, we all know and use the most common holiday colors, but you could try something new like deep navy or burgundy with Kraft paper, burgundy and gold, gray (or silver) and blue with something heat embossed for shimmer and shine of Christmas lights. I've made beautiful (IMHO) Christmas cards in brown and green to work with a vintage image of kids and a sled (a good idea for one of the S ATCs!).

MOST IMPORTANTLY, have FUN making this series of swaps! If you have questions, please send me a PM! Please remember that I am still emptying boxes as fast as possible and am not on the Bot as often as usual or for as long as typical each day! Internet was up and running quickly, but the computer and printer are not speaking to each other—must have had a fight about something during the move, I guess! I'm getting them into counseling if this lasts much longer--- [ ; )] So, if you send a PM, please be patient---I WILL get back to you! I am FAR behind on wading through personal messages.
I cannot possibly angel for these swaps and know I won't need to either. All of you are great at what you do and meet your commitments.
