Hi Folks:

Round two of this 12 month swap.

The first 11 rounds are electronic, Round 12 in December will be Type 3. That way you know in advance before you sign up for this swap.

What It's All About:

If you are joining new or rejoining from the previous rounds, THEN WELCOME!!

You will create a LOG of some sort to keep track off all of your swaps each month but it has to be a paper log. One that can be mailed at the end of the year.

You can use a composition book, index cards , lined notebook paper, whatever you wish. But please bound it in some form so it's not just loose pages/cards floating around... hehehe. ( rubberbands, staples, hole punch w/ribbon...whatever)

For each swap you join on Swap bot for the month of February you will have an entry that consists of:

Name of Swap, Host of swap, SwapIDs of the partners you send and receive from and a small line about what the swap is about if it's not evident from the swap name. Example if the swap name is Write a Letter, then we pretty much know what the swap is about ..lol But if it's like "handbag swap" then you would give the details on that.

Understand? Great!!

At the end of the month you will EMAIL your partner pics of your swap log for that month. Doesn't have to be every swap. Just perhaps a few to show that you are keeping a log.

Also you will tell them which swap was your favorite, least favorite...etc. Please don't bash other hosts in your email. Just give a general overview of why a swap was your least favorite and most favorite of the month.
