Priority shipping medium size FLAT rate envelope. I think the rate is somewhere around 6.90 - 7.15 to mail. (DO NOT use a small priority mail box). Just for clarification, by medium size flat rate envelope, do you mean the regular 12.5 x 9.5 envelope or the Legal 9.5 x 15 envelope? These are the only 2 options that USPS offers for me. I'm thinking it's the normal 12.5 x 9.5 since I can fit a LOT of stuff in there. Yes?

I was thinking of the flat rate bubble envelope...I think it's 7.20 to mail. Is this the one we should use?
