WOW @cindygroet since I am doing a lot of internet swaps I try to wait till the swap is closed to rate and that tends to be at the end of the week! I understand waiting on ratings but this is to far! I have yet to be rated from you as well in 2 swaps so far as I am rating and checking to see if I have been rated as well.... Please, do not call anyone out PUBLICLY!!!!!!

A little note that everyone might want to realize that a swap isn't completed for two weeks after the send by date! Or once you have rated and been rated for! none of these are two weeks after the send by date! You can't even leave a 3 or 1 for someone till then!

Some people have jobs, families or have a way of swapping and rating that you do not know about....
