Description:

Hi everyone!

For this swap we will be emailing 3 partners a letter talking about the town, or city we are from, or live in. Please include at least (although more is better!) 3 pictures from around your town that you have preferably taken yourself.

For example: I live in Paris and love the different parks here. So for my email I could include pictures of several different parks and talk about the architecture and flowers of each one.

If you are not from a big city, DO NOT WORRY! I love learning about places from all over the world, no matter how large or small they may be, and I am sure there are many people who feel the same.

Some things you could write about:

-History of your town (how it was founded, what things have changed)

-Legends from your area.

-Parks and museums you enjoy

-Historical landmarks

-Cultural festivals

-Anything that takes place in your town/city!

The main goal of this swap is to "travel the world" through someone else's eyes. The letter you send will be the same to each partner; you do not need to write 3 different letters.

Since this is an email swap, you can prepare your letter way ahead of time!

This is the first time I am hosting a swap, so if you have any questions, or if there's something here that I should be doing differently, just let me know!

Thank you and have fun!
