@Beckysheldon38 Can we do a medium sized Priority Mail bubble envelope instead or does it have to be the medium box? Thanks

Is there a minimum of how much we should spend?

@whovian487 The bubble mailer is technically a small by the post office. The rate is only $.05 more than the small flat rat box. If stuffed full you can only get about 3/4 of the items in as you would be able to in the medium flat rate boxes. I have done these swaps in the bubble envelopes in the past and unfortunately when I have gotten my swap package in the flat rate bubble envelopes most items got distorted or ruined due to the shape and lack of strength that the box provides. I know it is almost half the price which is awesome but it definitely wouldn’t be the same swap in my eyes. Just my opinion. Kelly

@beckysheldon38 I sent a message to clarify that you will be researching the people signed up as @daisyny mentioned and another person on the list signed up has no info. I don’t want to drop out but also don’t want to get screwed (flaked again) out of a great and expensive swap. Please confirm and review before assigning partners. Thanks. If not maybe private swap sign ups with you are best? If not please warn us and respond before the swap partners are assigned. Thanks.

Ok sorry guys.... just saw these questions. You do need to use a priority mail medium flat rate box for this swap. You also need to be rated a 5 just because this swap is kinda expensive and I’m not able to angel it. So far I haven’t had problems with this swap. I will be checking on ratings. I'm super happy about the new deadline. I agree this kind of swap deserves it. Gives us time to make things and go hunting for unique personalized goodies!!

@Beckysheldon38 to kelsie62’s point, a brand new - one electronic swap - newbie could have a 5. Maybe these swaps should be at least 10 type 2/3 before they are approved. I mean, I’m a newb, and I wouldn’t trust someone with less then at least 5 type 3’s under their belt for a swap of this size....know what I mean? If the requirements changed, I’d love to be a part of it next time! :)

I have been sending multiple messages to swap bot about this fraudulent swapper. She is a scam artist! She gave me a 1 bc I refused to send her until she sent her package out because she has been banned prior for using another name and now uses a po box with a fake name...The flat rate box filled was over $40 that would be considered a legal charge of Larceny 6th at least per her own post office.Please considering sharing with swap-bot because these types people ruin our community (She gave me a 1- my first and only in 6 years-which I will be having removed) I love the community and people like this ruin the environment!

PS. I was totally flaked on this medium sized flat rate box all together over...totally sucks! Once resolved and my one is taken off my profile and she is kicked off I will try to angel for all the people she has flaked on...to at last renew the faith of the community. Especially as the holiday season comes.

OMG ! she was my partner and she joined a high stake swap and she sent me items that does not meet swap requirements (its a 10 dollar swap and I received items that is like 3 dollars) then she explained to me that she got medical problem so I was quite sad for her, that's why I dint have a heart to rate her down, now I can see she had joined so many swaps and some high stake ones,,

someone should call her name out in the forum,, sorry I don't really know how..

I certainly hope the host is stepping up an angeling ESPECIALLY considering host was notified that @LucyTaylor was a problem swapper about a week before partners were assigned. @LucyTaylor never should have been permitted to participate.

After all this mess I actually got flaked on by Alisha98119. She has not been online since 9/5 but she said she sent it out and after about 5 days, I sent message making sure everything was okay and if it was sent that I did not receive it (asking for the tracking number. ) I even said if she needed more time just give me a heads up. Nothing. Hasn’t been online since

I should have know better-especially after I already questioned.

I wrote a message to the creator of swap-bot (bc it had been weeks of me writing to the admins and within the time she continued to screw people since she got banned today. (Lucy Taylor)

Honestly thanks for being so kind. I am angry bc it got me dropped from my daughters first stocking stuffer swap and another kid swap. She is 5 and I found out I was booted bc she left me a 1 for never receiving her package. Lol. Crazy lady. I offered to angel to other people she screwed over as long as cost effective. I have now sent my daughter some fake mail. And I started my own kids swap group. The creator wants to know if you find her back on with any other alias (Lucy Taylor AKA Foxy Girl).

I contacted her post office and it’s not legal to use a fake name. I let them know the situation. So I thought when I told her the federal offense statue with a link provided of the crime she would stop. So she will most likely be back under another name. She works at the dollar store in her small town hope those items aren’t stolen.

Angel swap about ready to go out - will send once @AlishaK has been rated the 1. Perhaps host should intervene to get all swappers in this swap rated appropriately
