Description:
On your standard 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC, lay a layering stencil. Ink with embossing ink using your favorite technique to do so. I used the ink blending tool with a sponge & wooden handle. Remove the stencil & apply clear embossing powder. Tap off excess powder. Heat with a heat tool till the embossing powder melts. Now would be a good time to clean your stencil. Ink the entire surface of your ATC with another color. Again, I used the ink blending tool. Finish this ATC any way you want. Be sure to add a sturdy backing.
