No, it doesn't need to be branded... but kudos to you if you find one!! Real simple. Buy a Halloween card, put 15 flakes OR mini memos in it and send it to your Halloween loving partner. I'm going to say NON-Branded okay for this swap as I know my Halloween flakes aren't a brand we swap. =D
