Stuff the Mailbox #17
Swap Coordinator:ladyaduial (contact)
Swap categories: Random Items
Number of people in swap:33
Location:Regional - USA
Type:Type 2: Flat mail
Rating requirement:4.95
Last day to signup/drop:May 18, 2019
Date items must be sent by:May 29, 2019
Number of swap partners:20
Description:

You will have 20 partners for this swap. For each partner, prepare an envelope stuffed with goodies. Although there is no required envelope size, you are only required to send using one stamp (nothing huge). It is your choice on what to send and how much to send. Just make sure it is worth your partner's swap.

Idea's on what to send:

-bookmarks -stationary -postcards -random craft supplies -fabric -ribbons -washi tape samples -new or used stamps -stickers -note cards -scrap-booking items -profile based items -random items

You can send anything you want; the sky is the limit. However, please make sure anything you send is in good condition. Also, make sure you have enough items to send several things to 20 people. You must send more than one or two items. Include your swap profile name and the name of the swap.

I will angel if requested. Just let me know!

Check your postage! A lot of people have gotten their envelopes returned or delivered needing more postage. Be mindful of how much you need to put on. You don't want your partner having to pay extra postage. (I don't believe this earns a lower rating though. Sometimes it is the post office's fault. Please be understanding, kind, and work together with your partner.)

Time to fill our mailboxes!

No bullying. If you have a concern about something IN THIS SWAP, please message me.

Do the 20 envelopes need to have the same or similar items in them or just enough to be 'stuffed'?

Rita 04/29/2019 #

Hi haagmm, ive been doing this since last year. You don't have to but I try to have similar things for the 20 envelopes. When you sign on to the next swaps you will want to send a batch that's different from the first one because you will encounter the same swap partners and that way you avoid sending same package twice.

@haagmm You can stuff then with whatever you want. Each envelope does not have to be the same. I put similar items in mine because I sit down and make them all at once. But you can do it whatever way you want. Just make sure each one has multiple items in it.

I’ve nveer done such a big swap (so many partners) before but this sounds like fun. I have some extra goodies I can pass along so hopefully everyone will enjoy them.

I so super excited about this swap. I have had a really rough month. Getting cheerful mail will be just what I need. I can’t wait to see who all my partners are. Thank you for doing this swap.

I would join, but with 20 partners, I’m a little nervous without a little bit stricter requirements.

So, I just realized that the swap deadline is a holiday... so everything should be sent out by Saturday 5/25, right?

Hello, I received a swap from someone for this swap with the cutest things in it, tags, washi and stickers. BUT they didn't tell me who it was from!! just the swap, and a list of what they sent. No name on the return address, just from Burbank CA. I want to give the rating they deserve but I don't know who it was from!! No name at all or swap bot id.

Just realized Monday the 27th is a holiday, so I will be mailing and marking sent on Tuesday the 28th. Thank you!

I changed the send by date out to Wednesday because of Memorial Day!
