Handmade scavenger hunt intl.

I have been wanting to do this with my family for ages but every year we end up buying gifts for christmas, so here is what i have come up with:For this swap you will be making 5 things/gifts from the list below, choose from wich 5 themes you will be sending, and write a handwritten note to your partner saying wich themes you chose. There should be (almost) no money involved, just for postage. You can either sew, glue, stir, crochet, knit, or mix an item, as long as it is handmade and most ingredients come from your stash....Look on etsy for inspiration!!!

So here is the list (with examples that come to my mind); Something to wear ( brooch, scarf, belt, mittens, hat, socks, etc...) Something kitchen (ovenmitts, potholders, tablecloth, wooden spoons, dishcloths, you get the idea) Something to pamper ( handmade soap, lipbalm, sewn make-up pouch, crocheted scrub cloth) Something food, not actual food ( this can be the ingredients for something, plus a recipe to make it, there are tons of ideas the net) Something to carry ( basket, tote, purse, box) Something Livingroom (ornaments, buntings, pillowcase, remote control case, coasters, decorative doll) Something stationary (handmade crayons, paper, but also notebooks, notecards) Something your favourite craft ( make your favourite crafty item)

To participate in this swap, you will need a 5 rating ( no less, i have been burned too many times) and have been in more that 10 snail mail swaps. No newbies, however feel free to contact me for a private swap if your ratings are lower or you really want to do this swap.
