Pet Letter

Attention pets of Swap-Bot! Hi. My name is Jesse, I’m a pleasantly plump 14 yo brown and white tabby cat. I used to be a boy but we won’t get into that. I’d love to get a letter from any pet who reads this! Please send me a letter all about you. What do you look like? Photos might get your owner a heart! What do you do all day? Do you like to play? What do you eat and include all the treats too! Even the ones your people aren’t supposed to give you. Ha. What are your people like? Do they leave you for long periods of the day? Are they quiet or noisy? Are you quiet or noisy!! (Talking to the dogs and Siamese here!)

Do your humans include any of the small noisy ones like kittens or puppies? Or all they all grown? Do you have any pet siblings? (Of any species) Do they ever take you out of the house and do you like it? Do you ever visit other places? Do you ever have to visit the vet and what indignities did they subject you to? Do you have to have anything nasty rubbed on you or shoved down your throat? What is it like when they have to clean you or groom you? Has anyone ever been mean to you? Likes and dislikes please. Don’t forget those little odd things you so that makes you special! Tell me anything else interesting like where you lived before now, how your owners bought or chose you, how you got your name and more! And last but not least, sign with your paw, foot, feather or fin print.

So my main human just caught me using her phone. She’s ok with me doing this but says she has to add some rules at the bottom yada yada. Apparently this is because animals can’t officially have their own Swap-Bot profiles. Yeah, whatever. Ok I’m done. Reluctantly giving the phone back. Human, I wasn’t done watching bird on YouTube you know!

Write a 1.5-2 page letter as if you are your pet answering the questions above. You don’t have to answer them all but make the letter a complete and informative written picture of your pet. If possible have them ‘sign’ the letter. Use a coloured ink pad to ink their paw or foot. If not possible, draw or stamp a similar shape.

Typed or handwritten is fine. You may photocopy a handwritten letter but the signature must be original.

Please do not have any recent 3s or any 1s in the last year. All 1s and 3s must have a clear detailed explanation of how you tried to make it right in the comments section of the swap. Newbies allowed, I will angel.
