ATC for Newbies and Oldies

This is a quick turn around ATC swap to help Newbies to get a rating and experienced ATCers send off an ATC that they made that they never mailed off for what ever reason or one they just made for this. There is no criteria other than the standard of size (3.5 X 2.5 inches), sturdy and info on the back. Any theme or medium is OK. All I ask is that it is nice. So this is super fun, kind of like a crap-shoot no telling what you'll get!!

Since we are trying to help Newbies get a rating it is important that EVERYONE RATES as soon as they get their swap!! PLEASE! The only criteria is no 1s or 3s in the last three months. Since it only costs 94 cents to mail an ATC overseas, it is open to International to help out the International Newbies. I do reserve the right to ban anyone that seems fishy.

One ATC to one partner. Start making your ATC now if you need to make one because the turn around is quick. Be ready to mail as soon as partners are assigned

Let's have some fun and help out the newbies that might be tomorrow's great swappers!!!
