Description:
Let's send a heart to our partners. INTERNATIONAL SWAP Send one handmade heart to each partner. You can send what you decide to send, just as long as it has a handmade heart. Let's also aim to receive rating hearts, from our partners.~ No newbies. Swapers with rates higher than 4.6, and with NO "no-sends"...otherwise I'll ban the swapers that do not fit these requirements. Happy swapin'!
