Description:

In this swap you'll send an e-mail to two swappartners. I've added some writing ideas in the list below, please try to incorporate at least 20 of them. (You can use all of them too, but it's not a requirement) You can add links to websites, social media profiles, youtube lists, blogs or you can add pictures/digital files. Please keep it decent, nothing with nudity or a lot of violence.

You can send your answers in a pdf/word/openoffice file and add it to your e-mail or you can send it in the e-mail. Try to make it something nice to read. Even g-mail has got some nice fonts…

Add something fun and digital, bought on a third party that is profile based to each swappartner. It at least has to be 5€/$ per person. If you’ve got a currency like rupees, yen, convert it online so it matches the 5€. The value of dollars, euros and pound are close together.

Some ideas could be for something digital:

An e-book/audiobook from amazon.com/kobo.com A fun e-card on hallmarkecards.com Downloadables on etsy.com like planners, art,… e-giftcard on a website your swappartner likes An app in the app-store from Google/Apple …

With something digital you’re sure your partner will receive it, so nothing lost in the mail or late deliveries due to the Covid pandemic. Make sure you’ve got a well filled profile, that way it’s easier to choose something for you.

It is not required to write back. Of course it would be fun if you could and if you get a real penpal from this swap. But sometimes some personalities don't match and that's ok, but be nice to each other. You don't have to give a reason why you don't write back.

What is required though giving your partner a rating when you receive your swap. As we all put time, energy and some of our hard earned money into this swap, it is a sign of respect for your swap partner. Please rate fairly.

So short recap:

• A nice e-mail or e-mail with documents attached with a penpal letter and answering at least 20 of these questions.

• Include a digital profile based gift that is worth 5€/$ or multiple items if it’s the right value, as these digital items tend to be cheap.

• Rate your partner when you receive your swap.

Other swap requirements You must have a minimum of a 4.98 rating . You must have done a minimum of 50 swaps. No recent or unexplained 1s or 3s. No Newbies or unrated swappers. I will check profiles thoroughly, if anything looks suspicious then I will remove you from the swap. Please no flakers! I know for some, these requirements seem strict, but I want to make sure everyone in this swap is safe for flakers and that everyone receives something nice. Financially I can angel 2 people, but I'm hoping it won't come to that.

Use the bcc-option when you e-mail your swappartner. And check your spamfolder.
