TPC: Friendly Fungus ~ Mushroom-themed happy mail

Weird, wild, and wonderful. Mushrooms are essential in providing moisture to soil and plants, play a huge role in decomposition, and the ones that aren’t toxic or poisonous happen to be quite healthy and tasty – that’s why for many years they’ve been used for their unique ability to add flavour in lots of different cultures’ cuisines. But, just wait for the best fun fact, did you know their genetics are actually closer to us humans on the family tree than they are to plants? Well, you know now. So, let’s celebrate our friendly fungus with some mushroom-themed happy mail, that should include something created by you: a bookmark, a patch, a painting, a flipbook, or even a clay, embroidery or jewellery piece. You don't have to be professional in whatever you choose, but you must put the effort into your creation. Do something you would love to receive or that you feel will truly bring joy to your partner’s life. Add the cherry by including a note to your partner: maybe you can tell all about your mushroom obsession or share a recipe with mushrooms.

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ll have one partner and should send mushroom-themed happy mail than can include anything you want (from stickers to ephemera) but should definitely include a handmade piece (the handmade is mandatory).

• Please write a short letter describing the process you used to create your handmade piece and maybe you can also share something about your love for mushrooms. Don't forget to include the title of this swap and your swap-bot username.

• As soon as partners are assigned, you have two weeks to create and send the happy mail.

• Please check if your partner is in the broom closet before sending anything that's witchy on the outside. You can check that by clicking on the member list on our Discord server and then look for your partner's name. After clicking it, their info and roles will pop up.

• As soon as you receive your swap, please make sure to promptly rate your partner a 5 if their swap meets the requirements as stated above. You must leave a note with your rating! No blank ratings! If there are any problems, please reach out to your partner before rating a 3 or even 1. You can, of course, give hearts to your discretion.
