Can t be a requirement to be a pkg and not flat mail?

No it shouldn't be a package requirement. What if all your stuff fits in a large padded flat envelope? If yours fits in a package, by all means, send it in a package. She said send what you would like to receive. I think we are all adults here and can figure out the best way to send our stuff.
