Valentine's Day Prompts

Having a pen pal is just fun, someone to get to know. Share things with; see if you have anything in common or maybe you just want to write a letter and send it out into the world.

Letter should be with the following questions, plus tell a little about yourself:

  • Family, Life, Age

  • Pets, Hobbies, Favorites

  • Tv Shows, Movies, Music, Books

  • What kind of letters you enjoy receiving, how often you write

Pick Three (3)

  • Write a story about getting hit by cupid’s arrow

  • I think that Valentine’s Day is a time to _____.

  • We often say that we “love” something. For example, “I love chocolate.” What is the difference between loving a person and loving a thing or activity?

  • Write a paragraph to convince people that a stapler is the most romantic Valentine’s gift you could ever give to someone.

  • What does it mean to “have a heart of gold?” Do think that you have a heart of gold? Why or why not?

  • Do you like celebrating Valentine’s Day? Why or why not?

  • How would the world be different if people could not feel love?

  • The answer is, “Valentine’s Day.” Write five different questions.

Must be answered

  • Make a list of as many things as you can think of that are either pink or red.

Must include:

a set of stationery, with your address (label or on the envelope) so that your partner can write you back.

Optional Additions:

  • Stickers

  • Washi Tape

  • Postcards

  • Bookmark

  • Unused stamp

  • Profile Based

Rate a 5 as long as 3 questions were answered from the pick group, and the mandatory question and you received a stationery set and address (a label or on the envelope).
