What does Easter related mean? Think: bunnies, chicks, Easter egg baskets, catkins, spring, Easter dishes, goddess Eostre (Ostara)...

What to write? Do not send blank cards / postcards. Wishes or a few sentences in the subject are necessary minimum. You can describe the Easter traditions of your country, tell your partner something about your Easter plans, write what you love the most at this time of the year...
