Description:
Stamp a solid image on dark cardstock with white pigment ink. Color over the image with colored pencils. There is no need to wait for the ink to dry. I like to leave some of the white from the pigment ink showing. This is the standard 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 size ATC. Add a sturdy backing with your SB info on it.
