National Crayon Day

Ok, I'm back with another fun swap. This time we are celebrating National Crayon Day. This March 31 holiday celebrates the creation of crayons and the joy of coloring. While we generally associate drawing with crayons as a childhood activity, there are adult coloring books so everyone can color and draw fabulous works of art. Here is a little information on how Crayons got started. The origin of crayons dates back to the 17th century. In those days, the original crayons were not made of wax. The colors in those early days were more limited, and not as long-lasting or durable. Wax crayons arrived at the beginning of the 1900s.In 1902, the Crayola brand arrived on the scene and the world of crayons has never been the same since then. Between 1902 and today, Crayola has come out with 120 colors. This day can be a little bittersweet, as Crayola has retired 50 colors, most often on this very day.

Ok, so you're asking yourself what is this swap about. In this swap you will have on 1 partner. You and your partner are a team in this swap. Yes, I say it "Team". The mission is to complete this swap and both partner are happy with each other gift. BECAUSE " their will be a PRIZE CONTEST" at the end of this swap. Yes, a mystery gift from me.to the both of you.

So, let me continue with the instruction

You will have 1 partner You will have to send you partner either a box of Crayons, a box of Markers( NO Washable Markers please), a box of color pencils. Or an adult coloring book. Please the Crayons can not be used and they are all in the box unbroken. So basically "NEW" So everything " NEW". No pages can be missing in the coloring book, please. Plus a blank note card with an envelope. Handmade cards are welcome as well as the handmade envelope. Once both partners have receive their items and are happy with the items that they received. Please contact me and I will enter the TEAM name in the drawing.
