Monthly COTM 8 Inch Grannies - APRIL/MAY

INTERNATIONAL!!!

COTM stands for "Color of the Month". This is a monthly swap with a different color theme each month. You will send 2 8" granny squares to 1 partner. The color for this month is PASTELS. The squares can be made from any pattern you want, but must be made in soft pastel colors. Any combination, varigated, whatever....as long as they're pastels. Use only 4-ply acrylic worsted weight yarn. Please measure your squares carefully and make sure they are 8" give or take no more than 1/4".

Here's the color themes for the remainder of 2009. Each month's swap will begin on the 15th of the month and sendout will be the 14th of the following month.

• May/June - Varigated
• June/July - Red/White & Blue
• July/Aug. - Varigated
• Aug/Sept - Earthtones (tans, creams, browns, neautrals)
• Sept/Oct - Varigated
• Oct/Nov - Autumn colors (burnt orange, rust, reds, yellows, etc.)
• Nov/Dec - Assorted Christmas colors

You don't have to join every month. You can pick and choose the months you want to swap:))

This swap is open to all members of the "Granny Squares Galore" group. But, anyone who flakes will be banned from the group. I am sure we won't have a problem here though:))
