Snarky quotes and sayings are all around, so find your favorite and create a fun and funny ATC for your partner. You will create one snarky ATC for one partner. Standard rules apply - 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches on a firm base. On the back include your name, the name of the swap and the date. Let your snarky side out and have some fun!!
