Description:

Hello there!

It’s INTERNATIONAL swap for Europe and Asia*. For this swap there will be TWO partners and you will be sending your partners at least TEN different items (examples listed bellow).

You’ll need:

1️⃣ Prepare to each partner a Happy mail! It should be flat and filled with combination of paper ephemera such as: - postcards - scrapbook paper - tags - washi tape samples - loose stickers - sticker sheets - bookmarks - memo pads - die-cuts - stamps - mini zines etc. This does not have to be profile based, but it's always fun when parts are, isn't it?😉

2️⃣ Decorate the envelope as Mail Art, put all the items into it, write a note with the name of this site, group and your username and mail it 💌💫 You don’t have to make special flip book or folder in this swap.

I’ll angel if needed. Please message your partners first before downrating to try and resolve missing pieces or late mail. Feel free to message me with any questions and thank you for joining my swap!

  • As far as Swap-bot pairs partners automatically, I will delete members, that can’t send mail to each other because of postal restrictions. (For example, Canada, USA or Brazil can’t send mail to Russia). Thanks for understanding!

Happy swapping!✨

I know Finland doesn’t send to Russia or vice versa atm. Will you delete us only if we are paired or before hand as a precautionary action?

I'm also curious to know, didn't realize when I joined that Finland doesn't send to Russia atm

Dear kaijapapu and uuvuttaa! Sorry for my late reply! It’s the 1st swap I’m hosting on this platform. And I’m not sure if it’s possible to make any changes after participants paired. So I see 2 ways to solve this situation. 1 - I’ll delete participants from Finland before swap starts. 2 - I’ll leave it as it is) And if we’ll be paired I’ll ask someone to swap our places. What do you think? Or maybe you have experience or any other ideas?

Hi, I think the best solution is to switch swappers if Swap bot pairs Finland and Russia. Poland was another country in Europe where Russia don’t send vice versa, but there’s no one from Poland yet.

I checked there’s now 3 swappers from Finland and 1 from Russia, so only one switch would have to be done. I think that’s not too much of a hassle? The probability of Russia and Finland pairing up is 23%, so it’s more likely that no switching has to be done at all. 🙂

Ok, let’s wait:) I hope everything’s gonna be alright!

there's two people from Finland now - let's hope we don't get paired up with you! not sure how the switching would go if that happens? so I understand if you decide to delete but there's so little Europe-centric swaps (I wish there were more!) which is why I still joined this one even though there's postal restrictions

‼️ Who is paired with @pienvn please hold your envelopes. I checked profile before launching this swap, and it was ok. Now it’s empty. I’m waiting for pienvn to respond my DM.

‼️‼️‼️ @pienvn profile isn’t active, she doesn’t replies to my DM and e-mail. I’m not sure she will fulfill obligations. I’ll angel if needed. Please contact me if your sender is @pienvn and you will not receive mail till the end of July.

@pienvn DID NOT SEND ME ANYTHING! ☹ She's from the same country as i am so it should be that hard to send mail out on time!
