Hand drawn/Hand painted FREE THEME

For this swap you will be creating 1 ATC for 1 partner. While it is sender's choice, it never hurts to check out your partner's profile for inspiration.

This is a strictly hand drawn or hand painted swap. No stickers or print outs will be allowed. If the ATC is not hand drawn or hand painted, the recipient has the right to rate down. ATCs should be the standard 2.5x3.5 in on a sturdy paper, cardstock, etc. And don't forget to include your information on the back! (username, title, etc...you know the drill)

While newbies and unrated swappers are allowed, I will check to make sure profiles are well filled out. No unexplained 1s or 3s. Flakers will not be tolerated. :/ Please use messages to work out any communication/swap problems before going straight to me. If it cannot be resolved between the two people, then contact me and we can try to work it out.
