You will need to send in your box: - 5 loose positive stickers - 2 self care items (e.g. hair mask, foot mask, hand mask, face mask etc) - 1 sweet treat (please check your partner doesn't have any allergies) - 1 hot chocolate sachet - 1 fluffy item (e.g. fluffy socks, mini teddy, mini blanket etc) - 2 fidget toys - 1 handwritten positive message to your partner - 1 of the following: positive bookmark, positive keyring, handmade positive item or other small positive gift - 3 positive quotes

Feel free to send anything else that you think will boost your partner's mental health/ positivity. This is sender's choice, but it is always nice to check profiles!
