September- Honey and Teddy Bears For this exchange: Minimum cost: $15 Theme items should account for $5-$10 on top of the book you send. Minimum $10 + media shipping. Thriftbooks minimum $15 for free shipping. Warning: Used books should be in Good/Acceptable+ condition not falling apart, not torn up. Step One Check your partners preferences: should be in the comments below. Step Two Go through the books you have laying around; see if they fit your partners preferences. Then if you are okay with parting ways with these books please send them onto your partner. OR Step One Check your partners preferences. Step Two Using Amazon/ Thriftbooks.com or other bookstores you know of; find your partner a few fun books to read. Don't forget that your partner might have wish lists. Check to see too, if they like eBooks. Step Three Find something honey, and teddy bear to fulfill the theme. Whether that is a teddy bear, honey, book about honey, book about teddy bears, be creative while trying to match up your partners likes. Step Four Now this is where it might become complicated. You need to find out what your partner likes to read. So to help with that down below in the comments. You are going give just a quick run down of what you enjoy reading - remember profiles tend to help with this too. I will review those that sign up and decide based on profile and comment below if you will stay in the group. Please rate a 5 if you can see your partner took time to figure out what you like to read, doesn't mean you will love the book but it's in the correct genre. Give a heart where you think it's deserved. I can't believe I am having to add this. If I find people are rating "ones" unfairly, 3 months after the swap was sent, are noncommunicative, etc. You will no longer be welcome in my swaps.

I am very spiritual.I like paranormal, psychological thriller, dystopian, YA, dragons, vampires,zombies, wiccan, fairies, favorite author is Clayton Smith and Patrick Mcgrath. I have a wishlist posted in my profile. I love hot chocolate for drinks. I love all kinds of snacks. Favorite flavors are strawberry and chocolate. I am a LGBTQ ally and love anything related to it. I also love rainbows.

I am a voracious reader. My GoodReads account is always up to date. I love books with queer characters and happy endings. Absolutely NO "bury your gays". Give me the fantasy and sci fi adventures, the tales of adventure, and give me your books that teach me how to make and do new things!

Favorite Authors: Becky Chambers, Martha Wells, Alexis Hall, Lily Morton, Terry Pratchett, and Jim Butcher.

I have an Amazon book wishlist in my profile. I’m totally fine with used books too. Just nothing that’s really battered or has too much writing or highlighting. But gently used is fine!

Why do I feel like Septembers theme could all be about Winnie the Pooh or Shifter Bears eating honey?

Then again I really like honey walnut chicken so bears might know something I don't!

I love romance books with different elements, my profile has an intense section just for my reading material.

Do honey teddy graham crackers count for this? Only a small package though.

After my Kindle unlimited subscription ends all these books that I have gained from these exchanges are going to go in a stack and I am going to go from top to bottom until I am done!

While teddy bears are cute, please keep in mind that I HATE Winnie the Pooh. I don't have many dislikes, but he is one of them. Please, I beseech you, please keep all Pooh items FAR AWAY from me. I love honey in tea and some items flavored with honey. I just did a mystery shop for Panda Express and had some honey walnut shrimp, and it was amazing! Cookbooks that use honey or are honey themed could work for me for this if actual honey themed things don't pan out (prob not a good idea to mail honey shrimp...)

As for books, I am currently reading Fourth Wing and LOVING IT! So, books of that sort that are fantasy and YA/New Adult are my jam. I also love historical fiction. I do romance and mystery. Some science fiction. Occasional non-fiction. I don't do--super sentimental/tries to make you cry on purpose writing like Nicholas Sparks or Kristin Hannah. I don't do horror. I am an English teacher, so I probably have most of the classic novels. I have a goodreads, and you are welcome to friend me there!
