Description:
Keep them moving!! Swap: Exchange 4-5 decos to one partner (more if your partner is willing) in a large envelope. The flatter the better. This is US & CAN only due to international rates. No last pagers or homers for Europe or Asia are permitted. However, if deco has several pages left, may be included. Limit One new deco can be added to the package. If you have a bulky single deco (one with baubles, fatty felt pieces, etc...) contact your partner first to see if they will accept. PM if you have questions.
