For this swap, you are decorating an envelope with all the stuff you don't like. Things like reward stickers, ugly washi, newspaper, magazines, paper scraps, ugly paint...etc. You are decorating with anything you want to use up. Anything goes. Tuck something (nice) inside that is something you would like to receive - sender's choice and seal. Please cover as much of the envelope as possible - at least 75%. This is a BLIND swap so when partners are assigned add an address to the envelope and mail. (I also host this swap on "All Things Paper") USA only

Does blind swap mean "no return address"?
