Rydia, As Cat said, the rating thing only applies to those who are established on the site, if you're a newbie you just have to have a filled out profile to accepted for the swap....and i'd suggest checking out a few other people's profiles just to see what they should look like. Welcome to the swap and hope you enjoy it:)
