Your handmade postcard should be sturdy and at least 4 x 6 inches. Please rate promptly as this group is dedicated to getting new swappers up and running as soon as possible! What is Neurographic Art? "Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev coined the term Neurographica® in 2014. He describes the process as a creative method of transforming the world. This process uses a drawing technique that links the conscience with the subconscious. The link is made by activating connections between brain cells and neurons. The result is an awareness and mindfulness that helps turn stress into calm. An appealing characteristic of neuro art is that it does not require any drawing skill" Basically you are mindfully doodling, then creating a 'node' at each intersection. You then color in some or all of the spaces. There are only two rules for Neurographic lines: They are conscious in thought and do not follow a repeated pattern/design . They should begin and end on an edge of the paper. Examples: | |
