YTPC: Penpal Project #2 US

Hi swappers . . .

For our second penpal project, we'll be following along with THIS TUTORIAL to create a 3-pocket project for our partners.

The third piece you create in the tutorial will become a notecard; write a cheery note to your partner on this piece. In one of the 2 remaining pockets, tuck in some unused stamps (vintage or contemporary) for your partner to use. The item(s) in the 3rd pocket are sender's choice.

There is a beautiful dimensional piece on the front of Septeria's piece that would no doubt require package postage. So . . . embellish with something thinner.
