CC: The Caldecott Medal Challenge

The Caldecott Medal was named in honor of nineteenth-century English illustrator Randolph Caldecott. It is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association, to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children. The book cover usually includes the award seal.

Description: Read just one book that received the Caldecott Medal or Honor Book Award. On a postcard, note card or letter, write the name of the book and author. Write a short summary and brief review. Try not to give away any spoilers in case your partner wants to read the book.

Then, stamp it, address it, and mail it. Remember to add the swap name and your username.
