It's never too soon to think about how to beat the wintertime blues. This swap is for you if you:

*Struggle with SAD.

*Live in an area of the world with difficult winters.

*Miss the sunshine going away.

*Just overall function less well when it starts getting cold and dark.

For this swap, you will send your partner a letter or card in which you share some of your tips for surviving the winter season, as well as some encouraging thoughts. Tucking in a comforting extra is optional, but I've seen how open-hearted many of us here are, so don't hold back: the goal here is comfort and support. If you really want to shine, decorate your envie for maximum cheerfulness.
